At the Suzhou leg of the 18th Suzhou Entrepreneurship Week for International Elites, the Regional University-Industry Technology Transfer Center for Biopharmaceuticals (Suzhou, Jiangsu) and the National University Regional Technology Transfer and Transformation Center for Artificial intelligence (Beijing) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to carry out strategic cooperation in exploring and promoting integrated development of AI technology and biomedicine.

This collaboration leverages the distinctive resources and strengths of the two parties to achieve precise complementarity and two-way empowerment, establishing a new integrated development framework that combines core AI technology achievements with application scenarios in the biomedical industry.

Under the MOU, the two parties will jointly build a technology transfer platform, bridging the critical junctures of technology maturation, scenario validation, and industrial implementation. They will conduct regular matchmaking between technological supply and demand to foster a number of benchmark demonstration scenarios such as AI-driven target discovery, intelligent drug development, and AI-assisted clinical diagnosis and treatment.

Moreover, the two centers will jointly promote cross-disciplinary talent cultivation and exchange, setting a bridge for talent flow among universities, research institutes, and the industrial sector.
