Recently, a lecture on one-person company (OPC) operation was offered at the startup incubation base of SIP’s Loufeng Sub-district, as part of the sub-district’s efforts to boost college graduate employment and entrepreneurship.

During the event, Li Ping, founder of a cultural and educational technology company, gave the participants a talk on the underlying logic of solo entrepreneurship, precise market positioning, and AI-powered business operation.

Through case studies, models and demonstrations, the mentor systematically explained the OPC business model, guiding the participants to figure out a clear business plan while helping them avoid common risks.
