SIP High-end Manufacturing and International Trade Zone recently convened a meeting with key enterprises in the zone, lending them a hand in maintaining harmonious employer-employee relations.

At the event, the representative from the zone’s labor security supervision department presented an overview of labor dispute arbitration cases in the zone, analyzing high-incidence cases and emerging trends in labor disputes, and offering special guidance for preventing and handling bonus-related disputes which are increasing in the zone in recent years.

Representatives from the enterprises shared insights based on their actual operations, covering personnel management, social insurance and remuneration. They exchanged experience and discussed solutions for challenges pertaining to employment management.

The representative from the Dongshahu branch of SIP People’s Court systematically explained judicial adjudication standards and basis, guiding enterprises to improve their internal management systems and ensure legal compliance in employment.

The representative from SIP Human Resources and Social Security Bureau answered the participants’ inquiries about labor laws and regulations, supervision mechanisms and dispute settlement.
