The “Little Migratory Birds” Summer Camp opened in SIP on July 20, aiming to help children visiting their migrant-worker parents during the summer vacation enjoy a happy, fulfilling holiday.

The summer camp is jointly sponsored by Shengpu Sub-district and SimPro-Tech Technology Limited. It offers a rich variety of courses including those on safety, intangible cultural heritage, culture and sports to enrich the participating children’s summer vacation.

The dormitories for these children are equipped with air conditioning, washing machines, and clean, cozy bedding, while the dining hall serves nutritious and well-balanced meals.

“I’m so happy to be in the city where my parents work!” said Zhang Meiqing from Jiyuan, Henan province, expressing her excitement for the new experiences.
