The Jiang Yun Four Seasons Apartment, the fourth market-oriented centralized rental apartment complex developed by Hengtai Star Room, a rental housing brand under SIP-based real estate conglomerate Hengtai Holding, will be opened on Sept 28, with 2,157 rental houses that can accommodate about 4,800 people.

Located at No. 8 Sangtian Street, the project is adjacent to the Sangtiandao Station of Suzhou Metro Lines 2 and 6, just one street away from the Suzhou East Railway Station under construction.

Covering a land area of 61,000 square meters, the complex offers 1,183 modern studio apartments, 192 shared apartments and 782 family residences, with a total floor area of 214,000 square meters. It is open to everyone, without any application hurdles.

The Building S1 in the complex hosts the first 7-Eleven community store in eastern SIP. There is a nearly 300-square-meter activity center with study rooms and spaces for club activities and one-person companies. Outdoor facilities include gardens, jogging trails, a children’s play area, and a basketball court.
