Shen Mi, member of the Standing Committee of CPC Suzhou Committee and secretary of the CPC SIP Working Committee, and Adrian Ng, Director-General for Asia, the Middle East and Africa at the Ministry of Trade and Industry of Singapore, jointly presided over the 2/2026 Software Project Office Meeting on Sept 2.

At the event, the two parties reviewed the report about SIP to be submitted to the 27th meeting of China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Joint Steering Council, and reached consensus on collaboration in multiple aspects including green development, biomedicine, joint innovation, digital economy, artificial intelligence, two-way investment, and third-party market exploration.

The two parties also discussed ways to enhance cultural and people-to-people exchanges, further consolidating consensus on cooperation and setting the direction of future work.
