The representatives from a number of investment and financing organizations, operators of industrial parks and enterprises engaged in different sectors attended Soochow University’s project roadshow on July 17.

The representatives first visited the university’s analysis and testing center, the evaluation and testing center of the national engineering laboratory for modern silk, and its functional nano and soft materials laboratory, gaining deep insights into each platform’s technical service capabilities and latest R&D progress.

After that, five projects from different departments of Soochow University, including those focused on functional materials and components for aircraft and polyampholyte cell cryopreservation protectants, were presented.

At the event, project teams engaged in in-depth exchanges with over ten investment and financing institutions, industrial park operators, and enterprises in the biomedical and new materials sectors, covering topics such as core technological barriers, scenario adaptability, intellectual property strategies, and industry-university-research collaboration mechanisms.
