A groundbreaking clinical study from SIP drew wide attention at the forum held in Seoul, South Korea, on Sept 13 as part of the 2026 World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC).

Prof. Zhang Li from Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center presented results for Tam-Peli (research code: YL201) which, independently developed by SIP-based MediLink Therapeutics, is a novel antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting B7H3 across multiple solid tumor types.

MediLink announced in July that the New Drug Application (NDA) for Tam-Peli has been accepted for review by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) of China.

Founded in 2020 with less than 10 staff members in a small office in BioBAY, MediLink has grown fast over the past six years. It has created the Tumor Microenvironment-Activable Linker-payload (TMALIN?) platform, and developed multiple clinical pipelines with it.
