In the first half of this year, SIP saw the quick rise of 76 industrial projects, each with an investment of more than RMB 100 million.

Among the projects are Brückner’s new hub for operations in the Asia-Pacific region, which is in the stage of pile foundation construction, and the projects of ORIENTAL SEMI and CARMAN HAAS.

These projects received the construction permit soon after land use right transfer thanks to local authorities’ efficient services and all-around support.

Notably, a large share of the projects are invested by companies hoping to expand their production capacity in SIP. King Long Technology (KL-TECH)’s 4-billion-yuan advanced semiconductor testing facility commenced operations early this year, while TF-AMD has launched the construction on its second-phase project. These reinvestments reflect the companies’ strong confidence in SIP’s industrial ecosystem and business environment.
